Getting Started

This guide walks through the first steps with Project Intelligence: how to sign in, pick a project, ask the agent your first question, and open the skill menu.

What is Project Intelligence​

Project Intelligence is a digital project manager built into your working environment. It is not a chatbot that only answers questions: the agent does real project work — searching for information, managing requirements, planning, controlling risks, and preparing reports.

The key principle is human in the loop: the agent proposes, and the outcome — documents, issues, schedule changes — is locked in only after your decision. More in the documentation.

What you need before starting​

  • Access to your issue tracker and knowledge base (Jira and Confluence, or your task and document systems).
  • A project that already exists in those systems: issues, pages, descriptions.
  • The system address provided by your administrator.

The agent works with existing projects: it does not create Jira/Confluence projects or spaces — it takes the context of what is already there.

First steps​

  1. Sign in. Open the address your administrator gave you. Authentication is via a personal account or your corporate SSO.
  2. Pick the project. Make sure the right project is selected in the context: the agent automatically pulls data from the linked Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
  3. Ask your first question. For example: "Which tasks are critical right now, and why?" You will see how the agent gathers data, plans its work, and returns an answer with a Sources block.
  4. Try a skill. Type / in the input line to open the skill menu: /report for an objective status, /status-snapshot for a dated work snapshot, /plan for planning.
