Getting started

Welcome to Project Intelligence. This guide takes you quickly from the first launch to fully using the capabilities of your digital project manager.

Authentication and access

How you sign in depends on the deployment scenario in your corporate environment:

  • Standard authentication: if the system is installed as a separate service, you will need to enter an individual password on the sign-in screen on first launch.
  • Corporate SSO: if your organization uses Single Sign-On, access will be granted automatically after authentication on the corporate network. In that case you do not enter a password in the Project Intelligence interface.

Your first launch: a step-by-step plan

To start working, follow this simple algorithm:

1. Sign in

Open the address provided by your system administrator and authenticate by one of the methods above. You will land in the Control Center.

2. Bind to the project

For the AI to be "smart" specifically in the context of your project, make sure the correct project context is selected. The system automatically pulls data from the linked Jira and Confluence spaces.

3. First check ("reconnaissance")

Try asking the system a general question about the state of the project, for example: "Which tasks are critical right now, and why?" or "Who is responsible for the current implementation stage?". You will see how the agent collects data, plans the search, and returns an answer indicating all the sources.

4. Launch a specialist skill

Try opening the skill menu (typing / in the input line) and running, for example:

  • /report — an objective status report on the tasks, with links to sources.
  • /status-snapshot — a dated snapshot of the current work and plans.

Readiness checklist

Before starting full-scale work, make sure that:

  • You have signed into the system successfully.
  • The current project is selected in the Control Center.
  • You have access to the corresponding Jira and Confluence spaces (the system works within your security context).
  • You have reviewed the Core capabilities section.
  • You know how the agent works with documents, schedules, and reports — Collaborative editors.
