Data sovereignty

For many B2B, FinTech, and public-sector organizations, data leaving the perimeter or sitting in a public cloud is unacceptable. Project Intelligence is designed for digital sovereignty.

On-premise deployment​

Unlike most cloud AI services, the system can run entirely inside your protected environment (your data center or a private VPC).

In practice:

  • Data stays in the perimeter: documents, correspondence, and project metadata are stored and processed on your servers.
  • The AI model runs inside your environment: the language model executes on your hardware (local inference) or through a model gateway deployed inside your perimeter. In both variants, project data and model keys never leave your perimeter.
  • No training on your data: data is used only by your instance and is not sent to external vendors to train models.
  • You control access: you decide who may use the system and which data it may see.

Security architecture​

Built as security by design:

  • Encryption: TLS 1.2+ in transit; encryption at rest.
  • Isolation: each project runs in an isolated context so information does not leak between teams or clients in the same company.
  • Closed perimeter by default: the core of the system — search, analysis, document review, reporting — runs in a fully closed environment without internet access.
  • External research is an optional mode: if the team needs research on the outside context (market, technology, regulation), the agent runs queries only through your model gateway: the query goes out, the results come back into the perimeter, and external provider keys never leave the gateway. While the mode is disabled, the system makes no external requests at all.

Compliance with standards​

Thanks to the local installation, Project Intelligence allows your organization to meet the strictest security standards and legal requirements for data protection (including the personal data law), because the data physically remains under your control.
