Knowledge Library
At the core of Project Intelligence is not just search by words, but a deep understanding of the structure of your project. We call this the Knowledge Library.
What is the Knowledge Library?
It is a structured representation of all the entities of your project and the connections between them. While ordinary systems see documents as a set of files, Project Intelligence sees them as a network of interconnected objects.
Objects of the Knowledge Library:
- Tasks and epics: deadlines, statuses, dependencies.
- Documents: specifications, meeting minutes, architecture decisions.
- People: roles, areas of responsibility, history of interactions.
- Decisions: fixed agreements that determine the direction of the project's development.
How does this help in management?
Thanks to such a structure, the system can answer questions that require "synthesis" of information from different places:
- Chain analysis: "If we change the requirement in document X, which tasks in Jira will become outdated?"
- Finding contradictions: "Find the mismatches between what is promised in the roadmap and what is actually implemented in the sprint's tasks."
- Restoring context: "Collect all discussions on the payment gateway integration over the last two months, including comments in the tasks and records in Confluence."
The principle of the "single source of truth"
The Knowledge Library works on the principle of maximum objectivity. The system always gives priority to verified data:
- First, the official statuses in the project-management system are checked.
- Then — the decisions recorded in the documentation.
- And only in the last place — the interpretations in the correspondence.
This guarantees that you get not the "AI's opinion", but an accurate snapshot of your project's reality.
