Maintenance and support
To ensure the stable and performant operation of Project Intelligence in your environment, a set of tools for technical support and monitoring is provided.
Updates
Because the system is deployed locally, your administrator controls updates:
- Scheduled updates: system components and models arrive as packages you deploy when it suits the company.
- Version control: roll back to the previous stable release if needed.
- Data migration: schema and index upgrade scripts when you move to a new version.
Performance monitoring
- Response metrics: answer latency and Knowledge Library search speed.
- Resource use: CPU and GPU load where models run.
- Logging: detailed agent-action journals for diagnosis and performance analysis.
Knowledge base optimization
To keep Persistent Consciousness up to date, it is recommended to carry out regular maintenance of the indexes:
- Reindexing: refresh semantic indexes after large changes to project structure.
- Context cleanup: remove stale or incorrect data from long-term memory (on administrator or user request).
Support
In case of technical problems, administrators can use:
- System logs: for quickly identifying the cause of a failure.
- Technical support: via the dedicated communication channel with the vendor (see the Contact section).
