Project Intelligence seamlessly integrates with your enterprise's existing security system to ensure the right level of access for every user.

Integration with corporate directories

For the convenience of administration and to ensure security, the system supports integration with widely accepted identity management standards:

• LDAP / Active Directory: automatic synchronization of users and groups. You do not have to create accounts manually — access is granted based on existing corporate permissions.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): support for the SAML and OpenID Connect protocols for fast and secure one-click authentication.

Permissions model

The system operates on the principle of mirroring of rights. This means that the AI agent has no "superpowers" and acts strictly within the framework of the current user's permissions:

• If the user does not have access to a task in Jira, the agent cannot read it and will not include it in its report.
• If a page in Confluence is restricted, the Navigator will not be able to find information in it for a user who has no access to that page.
• Audit of actions: all operations that the agent performs on behalf of the user (for example, updating a task's status) are recorded in the system under that user's name, ensuring full transparency and accountability.

Managing roles in the system

In addition to system access rights, an administrator can define the levels of use of the AI tools:

• Read-only: access to search and analysis only (without the ability to make changes).
• Operator: the ability to propose and apply changes to the project.
• Administrator: full access to system settings, skill management, and environment configuration.
