Digital project administrator

Who this is for

This block is for project administrators and project managers (PMs): day-to-day support across the lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing.

Fast search over project context (“where is this written?”, owners, decisions) is in Navigator.

The Digital administrator is the skill set that removes operational routine (task structure, plan, board walk) and keeps the team against approved scope boundaries.

Core competencies

  • Task structuring: hierarchy (epics → stories → tasks) with descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Planning and schedule: stages, sprints, releases, effort estimates.
  • Operational walk-through: work in progress, board, sprint, upcoming periods.
  • Scope boundary control (/scope-check): capture approved-scope assumptions, catch creep / out-of-scope / volume breach early, draft a CR or client notice — without silently stuffing the backlog.

How to use

There is no separate role command: ask to organize work, check scope, or update the plan — the agent applies /plan, /estimate, /tickets, /manage, or /scope-check.

Example prompts:

  • “Create a task structure for the authorization module, split into sprints, and assign owners.”
  • “Capture baseline assumptions for approved scope and check whether the latest customer email pushes us out of bounds.”
  • “Build a two-week plan accounting for leave and epic X priorities.”

Skills used

  • Planning (/plan): schedule and stages.
  • Estimation (/estimate): effort and resources.
  • Task structure (/tickets): hierarchy in the tracker.
  • Operational management (/manage): day-to-day work walk.
  • Scope check (/scope-check): assumptions baseline, signal assessment (in / out / grey / volume-breach), OOS/CR register, draft client notice. Distinct from /scope (writing the scope statement) — this controls already approved scope.

Working methodology

  1. Goal analysis — what result is needed.
  2. Draft — structure, plan, or scope-check record.
  3. Proposal — changes on screen for your approval.
  4. Execution — apply after confirmation.

Even with large-scale automation, you stay the owner of plan and boundary decisions.
